"The staff were so helpful and accommodating. We arrived very early and they let us know as soon as our room was ready for check in. They also gave us a map and pointed out all the sights and even gave us cafe and restaurant recommendations. The sky bar was a highlight and they took very good care of us. Some of the best customer service we have ever experienced and perfect central location with everywhere a short walk away. Cannot recommend this hotel enough! "

"I stayed at Hotel Melia in Ha Noi for 2 nights in August 2025 during holiday vacation. The check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were very friendly—especially recommended great local restaurants. Our room was spotless, modern.The breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh pastries and good coffee. The location is ideal,short walk to major attractions. "Everything about this hotel works perfectly. The location, rooms, staff and food are exactly right. The manager, Alex, is happy to "go the extra mile" to make sure that you have what you need and that you're well looked after. His team is friendly, helpful and all seem to be very happy. This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel, and it won't be my last. Location-wise, you are in easy reach of Hoan Kiem lake, good eating places and, if you're feeling brave, the train street. I just need to say and extra 'thank you' to Alex. I don't think the word 'no' is in his vocabulary and this attitude just takes the stress out of business travel in Hanoi. When a promised delivery failed to arrive, it was Alex who go on the phone to DHL to find out what was happening and then made sure that when it did eventually appear it was sent on to my next hotel in HCMC. Exceptional service. Sure, you can stay in grander hotels in Hanoi, but you can't get much better!"
