"I've only not given a top score on condition, as there was a ceiling water leak at ground floor between the lift and the swimming pool, which here would have a sign warning you - not that anyone slipped that I saw, but not 10/10. Perfectly located away form the bustle and the centre, but crawling distance to, it was very peaceful and the road itself quite pleasant. I particularly liked staying on the island as it felt like retreating from Hoi An for a bit."

"The Present River in Hoi An is a great hotel in the heart of the ancient town. It is an easy 10 minute walk to restaurants, bars and shops in the area, but away from the noise. Present River Villa has cold A/C in the rooms, a pool and free bikes to use to check out Hoi An. The staff are friendly, helpful and speak some English. The rate of the hotel is excellent! It's a very good value. The only negative is the restaurant next door was undergoing some renovations, so dust was blowing into the...

"The resort was formally Premier which is good to know, as most drivers can’t find it. It has changed hands after covid and some of the buildings need to be bought up to new code so a lot of vacancies The staff and facilities are fantastic, especially for families The food was good too"

Staff were extremely friendly & helpful, varying degrees of english comprehension which wasn't that much of a negative & was more than compensated by their fantastic customer service, nothing was a problem.
