Reservation was confirmed and paid for. When arrive for checkin, we’re told there’s no room available. They transfer us to lower grade hotel. It was very inconvenient and waste our time waiting for front desk staff advising their mistake of handling our reservation. Would never booked this hotel again.

The staff are. Truly kind and helpful. They actually arranged flowers and birthday cake for me, and helped me with my room a lot. I enjoyed the location so much because I can walk to many spots and save so much transportation fee. I wish the wifi was a little bit more stable.
