This was a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. It is about 3.5km from the Old Quarter but only 15-20mins in a taxi, which were always available and cost less than US$5. Great facilities, lovely clean pool and away from the noise. The nightclub nearby was also a hidden gem for the younger crowd (or those young at heart).

Service in hotel was very good. Check in and check out was convenient. View from the room is beautiful and calming. The room is clean up and prepared for bedtime. Food at the palm tree restaurant was nice and the service and environment was wonderful. Shopping mall is in walking distance.

Absolutely loved my stay at the property. Its very well located right next to two shopping centers. Centrally located for easy taxi ride to anywhere in Hanoi and what a great deal for a 5star property. The staff was absolutely phenomenal with above and beyond customer service. Concierge was very helpful with shopping and sight seeing recommendations and their breakfast selection at the restaurant was one of the best i have ever had. I would highly recommend this property and definitely come back again.
