"We had 3 separate stays at this hotel. Due to its great location. In the centre but down a quiet street. The staff are extremely helpful, special thank you to Anna who booked halong bay (2 days - 1 night) with excellent service and quality . She also got us a taxi for a better price than grab! Breakfast was good with an additional menu for hot food."

"If you struggle with stairs, be aware the lift starts on the 2nd floor. No restaurant, only breakfast. Polite and helpful staff."
