"The property looks nothing like the photos advertised online. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the standards were far below what was promised. The first red flag was at check-in — they provided a physical key for the room door, and the Wi-Fi password was handwritten on a piece of paper ripped from a notebook. It immediately gave a sense of disorganization and lack of professionalism. The air conditioning barely worked. Cleanliness was also a major issue — the room did not feel properly maintained, and overall hygiene was poor. It honestly felt neglected and far from what you would expect from a hotel charging these rates. Upon arrival, the situation was so unacceptable that I immediately checked out and booked a different hotel. I did not feel comfortable staying there even for one night. What frustrated me the most was the misleading presentation. The pictures on the website create expectations that the hotel simply does not meet in reality. Because of these conditions, I had no choice but to leave right after checking in. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are far better options in Hanoi that are honest about what they offer and provide a much better experience."

"This is an honest review and i booked this hotel on all the so called 5 star reviews. First the hotel is not in a good location at all. There are no restaurants to speak of, just local food stalls that did not look clean to eat. There was trash all over the streets. We soon discovered there are better areas in the old quarter to stay in. The rooms were small and we paid extra for a city view and we were viewing a slum area. The breakfast was avaverage at best, but the staff was really nice. I cannot recommend this hotel based on location and deceiving pictures of hotel onExpedia."

"The staff are polite and very well informed. They gave great tips on what to see and where to eat which which was helpful as I hadn't done much research before arriving. The room was clean, well maintained and the bed was very comfortable, mattress was firm which is what I like. The included breakfast had both English and Vietnamese food. This included item to order yourself along with a small buffet. The food was good but I would not want to fill up before exploring what the city had to offer. Definitely would not hesitate to book another stay! "

"First of all, the staff are wonderful. From the quick check in, polite greeting whenever returning to the hotel, the service at the roof top bar, to the arrangement of a trip to Ninh Binh, and a airport pick up, the service was exceptional. The location itself is great as there is plenty to eat and lots of great little boutique stores around the hotel. There is also a Viettel and HSBC atm about a 5 minute walk from the hotel so it's convenient to grab a SIM and cash at the start of your stay. The hotel and rooms are on the smaller side but that's part of the charm, and the rooms are clean, and beds are comfortable. The roof top bar is a great way to finish the day, relaxing with a drink and enjoying the view of the city. I really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend!"
