"Very very bad experience. My booking was cancelled even though i have received confirmation from expedia and payment has been made. The staff claim that the cancellatiob is due to non payment and they are unwilling to contact expedia and we got to sort out the issues ourselves despite us showing evidence that payment has been made. We got to make a long distance call to expedia and like usual, they will put you on hold. After back and forth for almost 2 hours. The issue is rectified with the...

"FLC Luxury Resort Vĩnh Phúc is a very nice hotel with spacious rooms. The room had a big and comfortable bed with soft pillows. The room was clean. The bathroom offered a sufficient number of towels. The staff was friendly. We could order breakfast from the breakfast menu. We didn't find any hand soap in the bathroom. "Solaria Hotel is wonderful, the location is great, the hotel staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. We had a long flight in and the bed and room were perfect for a recovery night of sleep and time change adjustment. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the hotel rooftop bar has a great drink selection and a beautiful view of Hanoi. Hi highly recommend Solaria. "

"The hotel was chic looking and the room was very clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Ms Chloe who had provided me with a lot of useful information on the place around the Old Quarters. Kudos to her for her attentiveness and professionalism!"

"Excellent hotel! Big rooms with all amenities. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which had a seperate kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Excellent breakfast with lots of seating. Restaurant also provides great lunch and dinner options. Great sports bar that showed the AFL and other international sports. Facilities were excellent - large pool with 2 smaller jacuzzis. Gym, sauna and steam and steam room, plus pool table and kids playground area. Walking distance to many attractions but also a cheap Grab ride. A grocery store downstairs plus 2 restaurants, hairdresser, chiropractor and specialty shops. We stayed here during Typhoin Yagi where we felt safe and well looked after by hotel staff. We loved our stay and would 100% stay again."

"I am not one to leave a review but gosh, the staff (Mr Thomas especially) at O’Gallery really took care of me during my stay. From the welcome drink to their sending me off to my next leg of the trip, I felt really spoiled by the staff there. They remembered my name after only interacting with me once and welcomed me back every time I retuned to the hotel. I had to extend my stay by another night due to the typhoon and they accommodated my request with no issue. The room is small but seems to be on par with the other hotels in the area. However, the hotel looks new and very well taken care of. Breakfast was great and had a lot of varieties. Location of the hotel was within walking distance to all the main touristy sites in the Old Quarter. Thank you, O’Gallery Premier! I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi."

"Wonderful and friendly hotel. No other place like it! Very kind, friendly and pleasant staff. They are eager to assist you in any way to ensure that you have the best experience at the Marvel hotel and spa and the best of Hanoi! The breakfast buffet is so tasty!
