"Fantastic stay. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at anywhere. If you are coming with family, this is a fantastic choice as everything is located at the Saigon Centre. One criticism. Hotel guests have access to the gym, but the gym is in the Saigon Centre. You have to be escorted by a hotel employee to be signed in to use the gym. They should just have guest passes for hotel guests. It’s fine but a tiny bit inconvenient and inefficient. Would stay here again."

"A lovely hotel with excellent service. The staff were really attentive and friendly. We were looked after by Klet, Vinh and Dung, and they were so attentive and good humoured. This hotel is very stylish, we stayed in a corner room, small but very well planned. The furnishings have a theme of trees, and the bed was very comfortable.
I used the pool a lot. Well shaded and cool at the end of the day. The water features were a bit noisy but lovely staff switched them off for me.
