The hotel was impeccably clean, and every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. I'd like to particularly commend Ho and Thuy at the front desk, and Duy, the doorman, for their outstanding service. Their assistance was truly impressive.
I used to stay at Caravelle, but after this wonderful experience, my wife and I have decided to make your hotel our preferred choice whenever we visit Vietnam, which is typically four times a year.

The roof top bar was under slight construction but was very nice. I have stayed at fine hotels all over the world and the staff and service at this hotel was by far the best I have ever experienced.
