"Cindy, John, Bob(pop?) May, Rosie, everyone is so helpful. Amazing and so accommodating. They help me with anything I need, snacks and drinks and extra towel. Even after my checkout, they allowed me to leave my luggage and use a shower before leaving for the airport. phenomenal hotel I wish every hotel was like this."

"Excellent service & friendly staff. Breakfast with delicious food and the lady named "Mimi" who was very helpful as my son is a bit picky on food. Rooms were nicely cleaned. And of course the Hotel Manager Jimmy who was been very helpful in giving us all info where to visit, from day 1 until we checked out. Overall The Hanoi Signature Hotel is highly recommended."

"Central location of all activities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has varieties of food, Vietnamese traditional and western choices. Rooftop bar was a super place to watch fireworks during holidays. In short, no regrets to stay there for our Hanoi visit trip. Thank you the whole hotel team. Keep up the excellent work."

"Great stay, enjoyed the balcony on the top floor room, very friendly staff, excellent location in the old quarter. Breakfast is the best! Better than expected. Had to walk to a different location but only 2 minutes walking and the selection was great and everything was very delicious. Highly recommend! Would stay here again."

"Thom on reception was so helpful a long with Bach and another bell boy, sorry I didn’t catch his name. They helped me with a high amount of luggage get to my next destination. It all run so smoothly. Grace and her team too helped me arrive and communicated through messenger before I arrived. This is my second time of staying at this hotel, it won’t be the last."
