"We had a lovely stay at Hanoi Splendid. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It was ramification day and the streets were very crowded but our room was still very quiet. The staff was very helpful. We walked everywhere. The restaurant next door, Oriana, was surprisingly excellent."

"I have been staying here a few days at a time for the past month as I go on adventures for a week at a time and this place is perfect!! The rooms are spotless and the staff is absolutely outstanding!!! When I got out of a taxi the other day after an adventure one of the staff members came running across the street to carry my bag. And they store my extra luggage. I highly recommend this place! I always feel like I’m coming back home! Great choice !! "

The staff here is truly amazing, they made our stay comfortable, welcomed us and made us fall in love with Vietnam as this was our first stop on our trip. I am truly so thankful we chose this hotel. The rooms are impeccably clean, the breakfast has something for everyone and the pool is a great hideaway from the busy city. "The room was pretty basic, but it did the job! The location and the price were great and the staff here were very friendly and helpful! We had an issue come up with our room and they handled it extremely professionally and really took care of us. The laundry service is also pretty affordable and they do a great job!"

"Decent hotel. Only thing is, a big topic for me, there isn't anything going on around the hotel. No bars, no restaurants options, etc. It's an oxymoron situation. The hotel has a casino, a night club, 25m swimming pool, nice health club and a full service spa and massage salon. But you wont want to stay at the hotel, because there is no action of sorts on and around the location..."

"Excellent hotel. We stayed 3 nights. Perfect location for the sights of Hanoi. Staff did many things over and above expectations. A senior member of the hotel staff took care of many extra things for us, all in perfect English. Rooftop pool and restaurant are excellent. I’ll recommend this hotel to anyone."

"This hotel is in an excellent location. The atmosphere is quite colourful. The rooms are not very big but comfortable a enough. Great value for money. Fairly clean although a bit of noise from next door due to renovations. Above all, the best thing this hotel has is the Staff. 20/10 in customer service. That alone is enough reason to stay here again in the future. Every single staff member were fantastic and there service is hard to beat!"
