"We had a wonderful stay at La Siesta Classic Ma May and would happily return. The location is excellent for exploring the Old Quarter, and the rooftop bar is a real highlight with fantastic views across Hanoi. On one evening the atmosphere was slightly affected by a small group of guests playing their own music, which the staff appeared to find difficult to manage, but this was very much the exception rather than the rule. "It was my first time staying at this hotel and I absolutely loved it. The staff were incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about nearby tourist attracts, markets, etc. The staff even went so far as to help load my senior family members into our taxis. The hotel was very well kept; hotel amenities and services were excellent! I definitely look forward to returning to this hotel."

"Staff were amazing. The breakfast was delicious, with so many choices. Massage was amazing. If you are a light sleeper ask for one of the back rooms. We had to move as the noise from the clubs over the road made it hard to sleep. You cannot hear anything in the back rooms. Everything else was perfect."

Normally I do not interact much with staff, but the staff here went above and beyond. Staff was very attentive assisting us with day tours as well as communicating with our Grab drivers to get us to where we needed to be. I want to thank Anna, Dana, Frank, Tom and the wonderful bar and kitchen staff for making our stay in Hanoi absolutely wonderful."
