"The service was great the breakfast was good . The reception girl Ho ey was very well and gave nice service"

"The staff was amazing especially Long. Thoughtful, kind, attentive-Terrific Highly recommend with perfect location"

"Lovely hotel, beautiful and clean. Very caring staff. The room was large for what we've seen in Hanoi, ours had 2 floors with 2 bathrooms even. Wifi is super fast and AC quiet, very quiet sleep. Nice location to enjoy the Hanoi experience. The rooftop bar was so quiet while we were there, hard to have a lively bar with almost no guests but its such a unique set up, this would go over really well where we come from! Fun. The dinner we had was really nice with excellent service. They arranged a...

"The hotel is very clean and the location is ideal. The breakfast spread was quite big too. Would definitely recommend."

"Mei war sehr zuvorkommend und hat auf der ganzen Reise sehr geholfen. Man sollte nur Zimmer mit Fenster buchen. Aber das Hotel ist wunderschön und sehr zentral"

"Staff are knowledgeable about the area and helpful at the same time"

"This place is fantastic. Great location, incredible staff, comfortable rooms and a beautiful rooftop pool. I will stay here again."

"I had an amazing stay at the Classyc hotel. This was great, would return again!!! 5 stars!!!"

"This hotel was amazing! They had fantastic service. Someone came out and got our luggage when we arrived in the Grab and took it out to the car when we left. The staff were incredible and very accommodating. The beds are pretty comfortable, and breakfast was good with enough choices to pick from. We really enjoyed our stay here."

"The room size is ok, the bed is comfy and it would have been the best sleep we had if it’s not because of the noise from the corridor. The rooms on one floor are near and if you have noisy neighbours who do not like to close their doors or not considerate, it would be annoying. However the staff are very helpful and polite. The breakfast spread is also quite good and they have offer daily specials, cooked eggs to your likings, etc."

"Das Personal war extrem zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Auch das Frühstück war im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels sehr gut. Uns hat neben der ausgesprochen guten Lage auch die Einrichtung des Hotels gefallen. Man wohnt mittendrin und trotzdem sehr ruhig! Der Pool ist zwar klein, aber herrlich nach einer Tour durch die Stadt. Definitiv eine Empfehlung"

"It was in the best area very close to everything. It’s right in the heart of downtown of old quarter"

"Staffs are helpful. Thanks I like breakfast special are sticky rice. Hotel is close central, very convenient."

"Bon rapport qualité prix, personnel aimable et très réactif, hôtel propre, literie très confortable, petit-déjeuner satisfaisant. Au cœur du quartier ancien, donc très pratique pour visiter Hanoi à pied, mais assez bruyant le soir, et très mauvaise insonorisation."

"The staff members were genuinely helpful and friendly. I had a room on the fifth floor (with a great view and a cute balcony), although there was no elevator, the staff were able to carry my suitcase up and down. The building is on the older side, given that it's in the old quarter, but my room was clean and spacious, AC fully functional, good wifi connection. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Hanoi again. Oh, lots of food options downstairs doesn't hurt either!"

"Staff are really friendly and willing to assist with bags. There is no elevator access but they use a very neat bag lift to bring the bags up to the floor, this lift can support standard suite cases. Rooms are clean and have cooling, bathroom are wet room style with toilet paper needing to be disposed of using the provided bins Overall the price and the friendly staff made this a very enjoyable experience."

"Great customer service. Great breakfast buffet."

"The property had excellent communication with me. Although they were remodeling, they exceeded my expectations by providing me with a Balcony Room, when their MK Terrace Suite was not available, and even refunded (in cash) the difference, but charged me the price of a Deluxe room. I enjoyed the breakfast each morning. I especially like the bell hop kid. I think his name was Duong. He was also so helpful and informative of where to go and eat around the Old Quarter. I also like the Gelato...
