"Idéal location when travelling to airport for an early flight"

"Room was comfortable and great service recovery from Steven improved the experience. Club lounge was relatively smaller, with more lounge seats than dining tables. During dinner hours, guests may have to share the larger dining table, creating more of a communal canteen vibe than exclusive lounge. More proper dining tables would help. There is also room for improvement in the attentiveness of lounge staff and service levels of doormen and coffee service during breakfast."

"Step off the street hustle & bustle into quiet serenity. Very friendly staff who make you feel personally welcome to be there. Clean and well maintained & excellent location. Breakfast on the roof is an unexpected treat for the view of the city. Un-rushed atmosphere in the spa & a relaxing and warm pool to unwind in after a massage."

"Very lovely and helpful staff, and the location is great"

"The service was great the breakfast was good . The reception girl Ho ey was very well and gave nice service"

"This hotel is in the heart of Old Quarters. Great location and very convenient for the tour to pick up. Staffs are very helpful. Room is very clean. Breakfast is amazing. Highly recommended."

"Very friendly"

"Delicious breakfast. Cosy welcoming for check-in. Very nice, kind and helpful staff like Quan T., Carlos, Nyamar, James & Harry. Tours booking available. Possible to storage your lugagge if you do the Ha Long Bay night cruise or alike. Within walking distance of some highlights (i.e. Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre) and good mobility by traditional Vietnamese cyclo, moto or car."

"Loved this hotel and the front desk team especially Grace who went out of her way to make our stay special. Lovely pool, breakfast and amenities. Close walking distance to most things, but also an easy location to book a Grab. In a very busy area, it's quiet and offers a great balance if you want to relax, eat or sit at the skybar in the hotel without going out. It's exactly as the pictures depict and definitely one of the top hotels in the area."

"This is a great hotel on the edge of the Old Quarter with a good restaurant and spa. But it’s the staff that deserve all the accolades - they are simply outstanding and go out of their way to help, even assisting us to rebook part of our onward travel when our plans changed due to illness. You will be well looked after."

"one of the best hotel in hanoi, lovely staff and comfortable"

"Amazing and great staff"
