"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte"

"Staff very friendly and accommodating. Made us feel welcomed. Our rooms were not ready since we came at noon but they held our bags for us. Rooms very clean and amenities available for free on request like coffee and waterpot. Rooms a bit on the pricey side but the location was also good so well worth it. Will be coming back in the future."

"As someone who has travelled around the world, this is definetely not a four star Hotel. The hotel rooms are so small you only access the bed from one side. My wife had to climb over me to get in and out of the bed. When we arrived and saw the room, I immediately called reception to ask to change my room for a larger one. "Kind and helpful staff don’t really feel the need to review the facilities because that’s just corporate crap"

"Convenient location, small room but nice and well maintained. Easily accessible to many attractions in NYC."

The only drawback is that if you are on a lower floor like the 3rd or 4th floor you can hear the music on club nights -- Friday and Saturday. IF you're going to be staying at this hotel on the weekend then ask for a room on a higher floor."

The amenities were great, and you can tell that a lot of thought goes into making guests feel welcome. What really made our stay special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and such a great way to start each morning! The Broome is truly a hidden...

"This was my first time staying at Motto by Hilton in Chelsea, New York, and I loved every second of it! From the moment my wife and I arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality. As a queer couple, we especially appreciated how LGBTQ+ friendly and welcoming the hotel was. The staff securely stored our luggage while we explored the city before check-in. The customer service was exceptional! Whenever we requested extra towels or water, they arrived within 10–15 minutes. We also enjoyed...
