Overall clean and great views but extremely small. No slippers, bath gown, shaving facilities. No water. Lobby is nice and self check in is seamless. Everything is controlled through an iPad, but it’s buggy and had trouble with Netflix casting.

My wife and I had a great time at the Citizen M! It was our first time visiting NY and we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooftop bar is amazing! Justin was our bartender at the roof top bar and he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Through conversation Justin found out it was our first time visiting New York and he took the time to tell us about the city and gave us pizzeria recommendations. It's customer service like this that makes us want to come back to the citizen M in the future. We highly recommend this hotel!

Love CitizenM! I have stayed at the Bowery location many times. I always enjoy the family like service and the best part… there’s no resort fee or upfront deposit. This time around my room wasn’t the cleanest, but I’m hoping that’s just a one off situation. My past rooms have been pristine.
