It was clean, kind & professional staff. Liked having a kitchen so not to always have to eat out. Whole foods was just a short walk away. It was very convenient to subway stations and walking distance to canal street, China Town and Little Italy.

The front desk was very accommodating of my early arrival. Instead of just letting me store my bag, they allowed me to receive my room three hours before the normal check-in time. Additionally, I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful throughout my entire staff. I will definitely return!

This hotel is really like a mini apartment. The location is great with so many restaurants and bars nearby. The room did have an iron and tv that was not functioning but overall the space was comfortable. Gabe at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly, great customer service.

The only good thing about this property was proximity to a lot of touristy places and the guy at checkout when we had to check out a day early due to an emergency. He was very kind. Otherwise, the place was not clean, the staff (with the exception of the one man) were rude, and its is deceiving if you’re booking based off their provided pictures.

This really is a hidden gem in the city. The staff were very friendly and even kept our bags when we checked out. The location was very quiet for being in the city. It isn’t fancy but it does the trick for a quick weekend right near soho and not far from the subway. It is an older property but that kinda adds to the charm and makes it feel like you are living in the city vs a traditional hotel. It was nice to have two rooms for our group so we had more space than just a single room to share. I would stay here again since we really like this soho/nolita area.

Staff was amazing. Extremely accommodating. Check in/out was very easy. Location was great. Close to the train, shopping, and food. The property is an older apartment building converted into hotel suites, so some of the amenities are older. Definitely worth the money based on space, location, and hospitality.

This was the ideal home base for our family of four spending 5 nights in the city. Comfortable beds, plenty of space, and a full sized fridge for our leftovers from Katz’s, which is just a few blocks away. The hotel owners are friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well maintained, and there are plenty of subway stations nearby so it’s easy to get anywhere you want to go! Also there’s an excellent coffee shop just a couple doors down.

Nothing to complain about but we didn’t have a big enough pan to make food for 4 of us in the kitchen and no extra hand towels in the kitchen. We ran out of paper towel twice. But other than that it was perfect. Clean and spacious.

Highly recommend - very convenient to SOHO, China Town, Little Italy and the famous Katz Deli. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. Having a suite is perfect for making meals.
