"Loved the quirkiness of the property. Everything was pink. Our room was decorated as a Freda room. We came to Richmond to see the Freda exhibit.
The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. My only complaint was the bathroom: the stopper in the sink would not let the water drain & you had to jiggle the toilet to get the water to stop."
"The Hotel Staff was nice and the beds were very comfortable, however the top portion of the freezer was frost bitten and wouldn't close. My sister is diabetic and needed to freeze her medicine. We called the front desk, but nothing happened until she spoke to the manager. Maintenance did come right away. However, because the refrigerator door didn't close the night before, all of the ice melted before hand. Management was willing to switch out the refrigerator. "
"This house was great for a family getaway with 3 adults and 4 teenagers. The upstairs room was used by the older kids, and the younger kids camped out in the living room on the fold out futon and a single air mattress we brought with us. House was well stocked and just as described. Decent sized backyard and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. "
