"The stay was great, they were renovating the property but other than that the room was clean had plenty of amenities for me and my kids. The kids enjoyed the pool. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby....."

"Loved the quirkiness of the property. Everything was pink. Our room was decorated as a Freda room. We came to Richmond to see the Freda exhibit.
The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. My only complaint was the bathroom: the stopper in the sink would not let the water drain & you had to jiggle the toilet to get the water to stop."
"The bed was comfortable. Despite the rundown-ness of the bathroom, the shower worked really well. What we had a har time with was the amount of bugs in the room. No bed bugs or cockroaches, but just way too many insects."

"We stayed here for two nights and had a great experience. The hotel has excellent facilities—everything was clean and comfortable. It’s located in a great area, with restaurants, shops, and other attractions all within walking distance, which made it very convenient for us.
What really stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
