"Room was big and comfortable. The bed was amazing for a great night sleep. The staff were friendly and courteous. Cleaning was good but housekeeping should clean and map the bathroom daily no matter how many days the guess is staying and make sure that towels and toilet paper is provided daily as well. Overall it was a nice place and I'm planning to go back."

"This Colonial Beach property is perfect! The open space, location, decorations and the view from the lovely porch all were above expectation! Nothing needs change. Watching the sunrise and set were beautiful and as an added bonus a neighbor was sunset crabbing. So a treat to watch. Thank you for a terrific stay."

"My multigenerational family of 9 adults & 2 kids were thoroughly happy in this rental. The outside was surrounded by gorgeous water views and the inside had a large kitchen to cook all the crabs & fish we caught! There are multiple nooks to get comfy in to unwind solo as well as large areas to gather all together. We’ve rented many vacation homes and this was the first that customized the entry combination to the last 4 digits of my cellphone. Nice touch for those renters wondering who else has access. We recommend wholeheartedly!!!"

"An exceptional host makes all the difference, and Jessica is truly one of the best. After a mix-up involving an incorrect review on my guest profile, I ran into major complications trying to book. Instead of simply turning me away like many others might have, Jessica worked closely with me with absolute grace and patience. She took the time to listen, communicated with genuine understanding, and went completely above and beyond to make sure my reservation went through seamlessly. Beyond her outstanding empathy, integrity, and dedication during the booking mix-up, the property itself was fantastic. Everything in the house is exactly as pictured, beautifully kept, cozy, and stocked with every single amenity she advertised. On top of that, the location is unbeatable—within easy walking distance to just about everywhere we wanted to go. My family had a wonderful stay, and it is rare to find a host who truly cares this much about her guests. We would book with her again without hesitation. Thank you, Jessica, for your generosity and for being such a stellar host! Highly recommended!"

"The cottage was perfect for us and our dog. We enjoyed the screened front porch and the screened dining area and fenced yard in the back. The home was very comfortable with cute whale decor and a convenient location."
