"First time staying at the historic Jefferson Hotel in Richmond, but hopefully won't be our last. Gorgeous property, located within walking distance to everything we wanted to do (concert at Dominion Energy Center, great meal at Julep's, wonderful breakfast at Perly's). Highly recommend if you are looking for a very special stay."

"We had an excellent stay. The Commonwealth is a perfect combination of new and freshly remodeled, while also offering real charm and historical tradition. We booked a suite, which was fantastic as it allowed out 18-year-old son (who just started his Freshman year at the University of Richmond) to sleep in the pull-out sofa bed on two nights. This allowed my wife and me to spend some great "late night" time catching up with him before we turned in. Anton at the bar was excellent, offering great conversation alongside awesome drinks."

"I really enjoyed my stay and had an amazing experience overall. The only issue was that my room wasn’t cleaned, so I had to request everything I needed. Other than that, the stay was wonderful, and I truly enjoyed my time there!"

"Room was lovely...very clean and well maintained, Staff (especially the gentleman there on the evening when we checked in) was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Cleanliness, in my opinion, is paramount and this place...room, lobby, etc...fit my expectations to a T! I will certainly look to stay there again if in that area!"
