Loved it will be back!!

A quaint little BnB with great generous breakfasts and great location. The recommendations for food places were on point. This is a foodies haven of like minded people in a quality but affordable place.

Staycation for us .. had seen the inn driving down Main Street. What a beautiful, impeccably decorated B&B. I would HIGHLY recommend the inn to anyone visiting Richmond. Great location and friendly service from Mitch and Ronnie as well!

It has all the charm of an old Bed & Breakfast but the luxury of everything being new in the last few years. The library was great for sitting and talking with our friends and the great wine & cheese happy hour was delightful! Fresh pastries and hot casserole with amazing coffee for breakfast makes this a great choice!

A real gem hidden in Richmond, the inn is beautiful with a plethora of creature comforts. The staff are delightful and breakfast was delicious. Mitch, Roni and the host Jeffry ensured our comfort and met our every need. Excellent!

My stay was too short.

My stay was brief, unfortunately, and I had to stay alone due to a business trip, but I will absolutely be returning with my wife so we can enjoy the stay together. Everything exceeded my expectations and the service was top notch and breakfast was amazing. Thank you for a great stay and I can’t wait to return.

Absolutely fantastic space!! Happy hour and shared space was delightful! Gorgeous interior. Spotless and cozy. The owner greeted us and gave us a tour. He also allowed a very early check-in. Our master bedroom was a dream. Beautiful furniture and a stunning bathroom! We will definitely book the space every time we visit Richmond.

Perfect Stay

My wife and I stayed at The Boulevard Inn for a quick weekend trip and everything about it was top notch. Mitch and Roni are amazing and welcoming, and willing to help in any way. The breakfasts and evening wine/food were so well done. Our room was immaculate. The whole is great. You can walk to the museums, shops, food, etc. Perfect location and place to stay. Book it - you won't be disappointed!

I wish we had 6 stars for this Inn. Meticulously restored 1900 mansion. Glorious public spaces. Lovely guest rooms with top of the line finishes. Delicious cooked breakfast, nightly happy hour. Safe off street parking. The staff treated us like family. We didn’t want to leave! Magnificent!!

Very comfortable retreat

Stayed in a suite during our wedding weekend to relax and recuperate. The owners are very kind. Property is beautiful and accommodating. Loved the private entrance to our suite and patio from the parking lot. The quiche for breakfast were so delicious! The road noise can be loud if you’re not used to city noise.

The Boulevard Inn is currently one of the prettiest properties in Richmond. A true boutique stay. The property has been renovated beautifully, each room is unique, plenty of great common spaces. Breakfast was delicious and the owners and staff couldn’t be more attentive and caring. Even meeting other guests at breakfast was a pleasure. Walking distance to so many places to go out on Main street or Cary street, the VMFA and many other museums and activities. I cannot wait to come back!

Mitchell and Ronni are amazing hosts. They are super personable, their recommendations for the area are on point, and the food they prepped and provided was delicious. Our room, the Maymont, was beautiful and comfortable. The bed was wonderful, and we enjoyed sitting out on the porch after a day of walking. And speaking of walking, Carytown is a mere stone’s throw away, as is the VMFA, so you can easily get your steps in while you enjoy some of what RVA has to offer. Just a great location on top of the great service and facilities. This is also a multi-lingual establishment, with the hosts speaking Spanish and German fluently.

What a lovely gem of a boutique inn! Conveniently located to shops, restaurants, the VMFA and one of the prettiest neighborhoods in Richmond. This place exudes southern hospitality and charm. Amazing wine and cheese, amazing breakfast, and just amazing all around. We will be back!
