"The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a great breakfast and the dinner was outstanding. The shuttle to and from the Altria theater was very convenient. Thanks"

"Beautiful rooftop bar, fun quirky hotel. Would stay again."

"Great property in a great location. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar was a little lacking in ambience, they could definitely do with some heaters and decor. But the indoor bar was great! We had some heavy pour martinis and played pool and shuffleboard and had a great time!"

"Clean room was cozy and smelled amazing"

"The hotel was lovely. It was clean and in a very convenient location. Amenities were very good. Would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend. Thank you very much"

"Everything was fine except breakfast was lousy and they ran out some food items more than 30 minutes before end time. Well below Residence Inn breakfast quality expectations that we have been accustomed to (comparing with other Residence Inns). Understand this hotel - only a year old - they must improve in this area. Would go to other Richmond area Residence Inns, but not this one."

"Very nice staff. Front desk and breakfast guy were great 👍"
