"Hotel is beautiful, staff is extremely friendly, parking is a breeze you have the option to do valet at a fee where you can come and go throughout the day or there is an attached garage that also has a fee but you pay every time you enter. If your only staying for sleep the attached garage is the way to go. The bed are comfy, bathrooms are nice and clean. I slept amazing. The only complaint I have is none of the ice machine had ice. I went to five different floors searching for ice and none of the machines had ice in them. Other than that the hotel was amazing and I would stay again. "

"I earlier reviewed this on both Expedia and Trip Advisor, giving a very favorable review about the Quirk atmosphere, the chic decor. It was an experience in pink! But I'd like to say again how much we appreciated the very gracious welcome we got from the lady at the front desk the evening of April 9th. She made us feel like it was our home away from home. She even came to open the front door when we came back in with our bags. Bar staff and breakfast staff were nice too. Also the Gallery had a delightful sping themed exhibit. Fun store."

"Check in was sub par. No information given such as breakfast time and location, check out time, and WiFi. I felt like I was being annoying to the staff member when I was asking for clarification on this. "

"We have to push to get room cleaned I am a Platinum member yet I had to request benefits that in the past were readily provided "

"This was not a good experience. We showed up around 11:00pm our first night to find that the unit had not been cleaned from the previous tenant. No clean sheets, no clean bathroom. The washing machine was full of the dirty sheets from the previous person and the trashcan was full. You can tell that there have been dogs there. We had no clean linens and couldn't go to sleep. The upstairs neighbor was playing loud music and has heavy feet. We cut our losses and got a hotel room for less. Would not recommend. "

"Lovely pet-friendly home base for exploring Richmond! Everything we wanted to explore was within 10 minutes’ drive. The neighborhood is modest but people clearly take pride in their homes and community. We appreciated having separate rooms for ourselves and each of our two teens. Would stay here again!"
