"The key did not work for the door after we went to get something to eat. and could not find anybody at front desk to deal with it. Had to find somewhere else to sleep. When we came the next morning to let them know, there was no remorse or compensation for it. "

"I absolutely loved the Moxy and hope to stay here again. The bed was incredibly comfortable, great blackout curtains, wonderful air conditioning (that didn’t wake me up), great location. And the staff were so pleasant, especially Mella and Trinity at the front desk."
