"Clean rooms, friendly staff "

"Staff were really friendly and the location was great. We ordered a signature king room but ended up with twin beds. When we spoke to reception we was shown a room that was a double but it was tiny so ended up staying in the twin. The staff informed us that it was a mistake their end but there was no other rooms to give us. We never received any compensation for this and was left with the impression that it was keep the twin room or move to a smaller room. This was a bit disappointing but other than this we liked the hotel, I would just ring in future to confirm they have the room details correct before arrival. "

"One of the elevators did not work and the other two that was working had some issues when the doors were closing and they opened and closed 3-4 times every time you used them. This took long time and we could not access the stairs either. The TV did not properly either, green screen after a couple of minutes. A part from those two things we enjoyed our stay (2nd time) "
