"The staff and main floor were excellent. The room left a lot to be desired. Stained floors and a broken sink greeted us. The bed was fine and it was mostly quiet. Disappointed in the room quality but the rest is fine. "

When we brought our concerns to the hotel manager, they did not care or attempt to correct the situation. TV didn’t work during our entire stay. Hotel is not in a convenient location. Breakfast was good. Would not recommend. "

"We were not offered breakfast. We bought our on breakfast. There was a limit on towels. No iron. There were very nice shops near by. Only seen staff one day"

"Breakfast was good. Room could have been a little cooler for me but was fine for my daughter(we shared the room). Staff was exceptional especially Clyde, Carlos and Stephanie. Carlos even went and got a cake with candles, knowing it was my daughter’s birthday we had come to London from Canada to celebrate and sang happy birthday to her. He gets a gold star from us. Well done."
