It is a very nice hotel, which is very well located near Earl's Court metro. The breakfast included in the price was excellent. I would stay there again.
The rooms were incredibly tiny for the amount we paid.although very efficiently organized. The bed was 6’ from headboard to wall at the foot. So if you are over 6’ plan to squeeze in. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was pretty good. No hot foods, typical continental.
Hotel is new.good location.room is comfortable.breakfast is small and quality.
But bathroom is very small for triple room.Bed is very small 130 cm for two person and staff not professional.ı dont see hotel manager for five days.
The only let down was the room i was in the window could not be fully covered by the curtain and as there was a ligjt on thrughout the night shining through onto a mirror in the room i barely slept. It was also very loud.
A shame as the room itself was nice.
Room was very small and had a big column in the middle. The bathroom toilet was a challenge to be able to sit on because it was so close to the wall in front of it.
Breakfast staff were not friendly and acted as if we were not welcome.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Clean room and bathroom, modern furnishing and reasonable price in central London. However, don't book the single room if you are over 6ft (1.82m) tall! They're basically a row of narrow attic rooms on the 4th floor.
I'm 6'4" (1.93m) and with my head against the headboard my feet hit the opposite wall with my knees still bent.
The only issue is that there is one coffee machine that takes an age and the queue for this then limits the space for people trying to get breakfast in what is a small space anyway.
