"The hotel itself was nice. It does need some update as our toilet was very low and flushed all night long. The closet mirrors are mirrored and one mirror was cracked. As for the breakfast it went until 10:00 a.m. on Saturday morning and they were out of stuff at 9:30 a.m. I asked if things are going to be replenished and the front desk actually asked what time it was! They did replenish but it took about 20 minutes and they only did some eggs ham and potatoes. They did not replenish coffee or juice or any of the red items. And there were only apps left like two apples. Not very good saying that breakfast was included and there was hardly anything left"

"This is our second time staying at this property. Rooms are clean and well equipped with microwaves and mini-fridges. Breakfast goes all out with savory and sweet options. This property is in a quiet area but within driving distance to downtown Santa Cruz and all its attractions. Will be back soon! "
