"We went to Santa Clara to see Luke combs concert! This was a double surprise and blessing! This hotel when you walk in, gives you a sense or vibe of being somewhere, almost tropical, and secluded and very safe.. our room had double doors, and they literally face the freeway. And yes, there was a hum, but we slept like rocks. We slept so good better than I do in my own bed at home! The place is impeccably clean. And I don’t mean like bleach, clean, or it reeks like sanitizer, no this place had...

"Check-in was fast and easy. Stay was great. Perfect location to stay in downtown San Jose. Kids loved it. I give it a 10/10. Breakfast was sooo good. They had the best breakfast out of all the other hotels I've ever been to. "

"We did not get any service for our room. We requested clean towels and it took over a hour to get them. The TV didn’t work the last night. We got sound, but no picture. The curtain in the room was torn. It was a nice place and I will return, but details do matter. "

"I like everything but the only issue that I have it was a misunderstanding with breakfast they told me from 7 AM to 10:30 PM. And we arrive at 10 o’clock and they already close on the other hand. Another issue that we had was that didn’t tell us that we need to request housekeeping service."

"Cute hotel, room was nice, beds comfortable. Elevator was broken for part of the stay, ice machine is on the ground floor so it was a trek down the stairs from the second. Breakfast was mediocre, cereal was mostly gone everytime we went down, within an hour of it starting it felt like things weren't stocked. Microwaveable Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, and a breakfast pita was your choice along with cereal and toast. Oj or milk, would have been nice for some bottled water or other juice. Maybe...
