"We rented Casa de Las Palapas to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday with friends. With five bedrooms, four floors and numerous bathrooms there was room to spread out for quiet/private time but also wonderful communal areas to hang out in together. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Manuel helpfully arranged activities and drove us where we needed to go. "Overall this was a great property. A few cons: when I asked for espresso at breakfast they told me I’d have to walk to the cafe. Not super guest focused in my opinion. Food was hot or miss: some things were amazing and some were at or below average. Housekeeping was on top If it and wonderful. Also, be prepared for the property to try and sell you a vacation share type thing. "

"We stayed 5 nights. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed our spacious room. This hotel has several great restaurants and the buffet had lots options. The beach is private and I felt very safe staying at the Hyatt Ziva. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I used the SPA services and I was so impressed with the amenities and the staff. Will definitely go back to this hotel again. "
