"The resort is gorgeous and the service was excellent. We stayed 5 nights and were a party of 5 adults with 3 rooms. We ended our 3 week vacation here after traveling through Mexico City, San Miguel de Allende, Guadalajara and Mascota. We had a very relaxing beautiful time. My only are of suggestion for improvement is upon check in we were not given a tour of the facilities and we were never informed that there were activities like meditation in the morning or exercise class. It's spacious; room design is thoughtful; staff is so, so helpful; staff responded to items that needed fixing (patio fan, safe cabinet door) in a timely manner. I'd recommend it to anyone. I love that there is a family area, although we didn't use it. Food was very good. "

We participated in the Hydro therapy followed by a 50 minute massage. 2 employees that stood out were Ronnie by the poolside. He was very friendly, helpful and checked in with me daily. "It’s been our 7th visit. First time we felt that we’ve been somewhat economized on.Omagio restaurant turned into buffet for breakfast vs menu. For three nights we were torched with Mexican food while other choices were limited. Guys on beach always super helpful super service there. We’ll come again for sure just having a perspective of 6th past trips certain things discerned above were unexpected."

"While there was an issue at check-in (no record of my free breakfast, and an additional $15/night fee which was more than the $12/night previously emailed), hotel management made it right. The staff and the service was fantastic, as was the food. The hotel is safe and the view from the room was fantastic! It was weird sharing a balcony with another room, but luckily we never saw or heard our neighbors. It's a lovely place, ESPECIALLY as an Expedia VIP member with the perks!"
