"Rooftop staff were amazing and entertainment was fun. The beach club was well serviced. We had no beach view, although Expedia indicates we should have had one. Swimming pools were empty so no "vibe" at the hotel. The cleaning of our room was not so good...washrooms had dirt or mold, especially the shower doors. "
