"An absolutely stunning hotel with the most amazing staff! Carolina and Javier are some of the best front desk managers I have ever had the pleasure to stay with! The rooms are spectacular and so unique! The roof top pool with the most personable bartender Jesus made you feel like you were right at home! Breakfast was included in my second stay and was super delicious in an insanely gorgeous room with balcony views. I will stay here over and over again! So grateful and thankful to have found this hidden gem! 5 Stars across the board!"

"I traveled from San Francisco, California for a girl's trip with my sister. We can a great experience at Los Arcos. The check in process was seamless. We arrived a couple hours before check in and within an hour our room was ready. The front desk worker spoke perfect english and spanish.
Location wise it is great for walking around and checking out different restaurants. We wanted to explore local restaurants, so we opted out of the all-inclusive option. we felt very safe walking at night by ourselves.
The room itself was great, A/C worked well, bed was comfortable, and shower was nice.
For my first trip to Mexico this was a great experience. i would definitely recommend Hotel Los Arcos to anyone.
TIP: we used grey line transportation to get to and from the airport- they were great. 10/10"
