"Great view. Nice pool. There is a city of Gatlinburg free shuttle to downtown Gatlinburg. Takes a long route, but convenient. There was a bear in parking lot on my first day, thrilling."

"The pool area was amazing! The restaurant had food the kids actually loved! The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable! You only enter the building through the main entrance and the parking lot fills up quickly so be prepared to walk for parking."
