We loved our stay here! It was beautiful, clean, well maintained, staff were friendly and helpful, the balcony overlooking the river was a real treat, the rooms are large and well-furnished. Plus, the rooms were quiet, the bed comfortable, and this location was convenient to everything. We'll stay here again when we return to Pigeon Forge.

This is a nice hotel. We have stayed here many times over the last 15 years. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean. We will stay here on our next trip to the Smokies.

My wife and I love this place! We love the breakfast and the location is nice and quiet. Very clean room and the staff was very nice and helpful. The balcony was a definite plus also. We traveled with our dog as they are a pet friendly hotel. We will be staying here again when we visit next year.

Beautiful room with comfy beds, nice shower, cozy fireplace and balcony overlooking a river with wildlife. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice and there was a beautiful patio at the back of the pool area alongside the river with an outdoor fireplace. Good breakfast also. Highly recommend.

This is a hidden gem. Super clean, wonderful staff, and breakfast. I thought it had just been remodeled but it hadn't. And dog friendly! Definitely will be back.
