This property is a great place to stay. The creekside room with the balcony we had offered an area to relax and both night we saw bear in the parking lot. The rooms were clean snd the beds were comfortable. Location is wonderful walkable to all the food and shops in downtown Gatlinburg. Will stay again.

I was a pretty descent place but The room floors need to be cleaned properly no phone in the room tv channels something to be desired over all it was a place to relax and spend time with my girl and enjoy each other.

The main hotel was full so we were put in another location that we had to drive to. We didn't have easy access to breakfast, the pool or other amenities. The building we stayed in was old. The hallways were rough but the room itself was VERY GOOD.

I love that its right on the main strip and easy access to dining and shopping. The view was ok and the parking great. The Motel is dated and the water dripped in the bathroom and the air conditioner banged loud when it shut off. The floors also need a good mop. But I will stay there again. The guy who checked me in was friendly and accomodating!

Really liked stream on one side, hill view on other side, was able to park underneath, quiet, convenient to attractions. Only knock was floor should be wet mopped since sand or dirt was on it. Also, I plunged tub, plunger was in room. Fireplace had sketchy looking wiring to it. Otherwise, a really nice property. I would stay there again.
