"It was a beautiful renovated building; our rooms (family) were lovely, spacious and well-equipped, and the bathroom was excellent! Overall, the town of Bath was wonderful, full of history and beauty. We did tons of shopping and a walking tour (highly recommended), and the restaurant across the way (Crystal Palace) was most excellent!"
"It was such a treat to stay here. The staff were delightful. It was wonderful to learn that Bluestocking Elizabeth Montagu used to live at No 16. What an impressive history the house has."

"Lovely 2 night stay at this hotel. All staff helpful and friendly. Room comfortable with no issues at all. Lovely shower. Breakfast was much better than I expected as it was free with booking. Pancake machines were amazing! Would definitely stay again if I came to Bath again. So well located with easy walk right to centre of city. "
"Great location, great accommodation! Would recommend to anyone. The only thing to consider is the three flights of stairs to get up to the apartment. Otherwise it was great for our stay: well appointed and stocked. The welcome “gifts” were nice and appreciated. We really loved our stay."
"The Abbey Hotel is conveniently located in Bath, just at the start of the pedestrian area of the city, a few steps from the Roman Baths and Abbey.
Our room was comfortable, and we enjoyed the generous breakfast at a very reasonable price."
