"A little out of town but one of the best B&B's I have stayed in for a while. Lovely views over bath. Superb breakfast. Don't let its location put you off, 20-30 mins walk to town, bus at the end of the road or a £7 for a late night taxi. "

"Our hosts were very gracious and accommodating. The room was clean and lovely. Our hosts provided an excellent breakfast that was served in our room. The location of this property could not be better! A very short walk takes one in to the old, historically fascinating part of Bath and is only a few more steps away from the very lively dining and shopping scene. No negatives whatsoever for this property."

"Beautifully appointed room with a lovely modern bathroom. Kettle for tea plus a Keurig coffee maker. Hosts were great - room was ready early and they were really helpful in guiding us on walking directions. Location good - easy 6-7 minute stroll over bridge into Bath City. "Last minute booking. Very much enjoyed my stay. The room was lovely: quite, clean, comfortable, great location. Was a bit reserved about the shared bathroom set up but I did not have any issues accessing it when I wanted to. Breakfast was delicious. "Stayed at hotel for short visit to Bath. Location not far from town centre. Good friendly service, comfortable stay. There was some loud ‘conversations’ from floor above but quietened after some time. Breakfast was good, only suggestion, could have done with some mushrooms!"
