Very central to Bath attractions. Level flat walk to station, and the Roman Baths and other sights. Staff very pleasant and useful; gave us an eatlier check in when we arrived in Bath in the rain.
Would stay again.
Beautiful historic building and friendly staff. Great location for exploring Bath on foot and nice quiet street with little traffic. I especially liked having breakfast served to the table instead of buffet - that should be highlighted on the website. I was upgraded to a lovely airy 2nd floor room with a bath in the annex which was welcome on a hot couple of days.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The room was nice and clean and the hotel was quiet.
Staff were all really nice & on the ball, very pleasant, opened doors for us, got us a drink while we waited for our room, which we got into early ( without asking) also offered us an extra half hour to check out as we went out.
So we had more time in the town.
All in all lovely hotel very close to town 5 minute walk. Only problem is parking, but the receptionist found us a space in the back car park & our Daughter & Son Inlaw who were with us.

Nice room and pleasant environment. Helpful staff too
The staff were so polite and attentive. Nothing was too much for much for them. Hotel lovely rooms comfy. Ideal spot 5 min walk to the town, would recommend and will be back. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful.
Hotel was in the perfect location, and was really lovely. The room we had was on the top floor and a paid a extra £10 a night for a bigger room instead of the cosy room. I highly recommend getting a standard over the small. We had Aircon which was a thankful thing to see as it was boiling. The only down side was the aircon kept going cold to hot. Overall it was lovely and really good value. I would come back.
Room: adequate.comfortable bed. Quiet. Warm. Bathroom: intermittent hot water. Shower not fit for purpose.
Staff pleasant and efficient but a inattentive at breakfast, even when the breakfast was quiet.
Polite, efficient staff. Beautiful clean, airy room. A slightly quirky hotel. However, my room missed an accessible mirror (I am very short sighted), the fixed soap and lotion was difficult to reach and the TV wasn’t working.
Really lovely area and easy to get to the city centre. Staff were excellent, so friendly and the breakfast delicious. Some elements of the room were looking old and worn, and the bed was extremely firm (loved the pillows though.
