Excellent boutique hotel. Superb service all round. We were greeted outside by Wayne to help with valet parking and every encounter with a member of staff from there was very positive.
The highlight was dining at Olive Tree. Absolutely outstanding food and such a nice touch to have the chefs come out and explain the creativity and work that goes into every dish.
We will be back for sure
Beautiful place to stay! The staff were top notch-extremely friendly. Property was impressively decorated. Several lounging spaces to rest and enjoy. Great location to walk to everywhere you need.
The Queensberry stands out amongst other hotels because it is exquisite and beautiful. The staff go the extra mile for every single thing you ask of them. I was 4 hours early arriving in Bath and was able to leave my luggage at the hotel whilst I did some shopping, then was delighted to be able to check in an hour earlier upon my return. This trip was my second time to the Queensberry and it definitely won’t be my last! You won’t be disappointed!
I can’t imagine anyone staying at any other property in Bath for their visit. The room was gorgeous, the staff was exceptional, and the little touches like turn down service was greatly appreciated!
