"Checking in was hassle free, didnt get name of lady on desk but she was so friendly /helpful. Only stayed 1 night, room clean, maybe bathroon door frame could do with some TLC. Parking was in NCP which was close to hotel. Only thing wasnt so good was Breakfast area far too small for size of hotel, it was fairly busy when we were there. No plates, ran out of a few different foods & didnt replenish these, even though 1 hr left of service."

"Wonderful stay, all areas of the hotel were very clean and well maintained, room was just a standard double but was well appointed and spotlessly clean, the only negative if you could call it that was that the heating is via an aircon unit and although worked very well, it was a bit noisy throughout the night, but to be honest did not detract from a lovely stay. Breakfast was superb and staff very attentive. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Bristol "

"Great location for exploring the city , room was clean and warm (good heating). Bed comfortable. Walls paper thin tho , so had to listen to some party goers loud conversations at 3am. But we were there early Dec when the Christmas parties had kicked off, so bound to happen. Hotel Staff were friendly and helpful. The bar service was good, some lovely cocktails created. Also had a meal in the Restaurant there and food was delicious and the restaurant team were lovely . Great stay, would stay...
