"we loved our stay! The staff were friendly, rooms clean and very quiet. It was also in a great location, just a few minutes walk to Kyoto station and steps to the nearest bus and subway stations. "

"The staff gave us wrong PIN code and we can't enter to the premises to store our baggage. There is no lock inside the room which we feel unsafe. The price is reasonable and location is near to the JR station. "
