"A very solid tourist class 4 star hotel. Rooms were immaculately clean. Some rooms are a bit on the small side but not bad for Japan. The location is perfect just a couple blocks from the main train station. The breakfast was ok. Free soft drinks and coffee at all times is a nice touch. The bathrooms are huge. Very solid if you don’t plan on spending too much time inside the room. All spaces in the hotel were immaculately clean. "

"Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in kyoto. Quiet, fresh and clean, very comfortable, super convenient (across from bus and train station) and lovely surroundings (didn’t feel like a concrete jungle). Starbucks and convenience store right beside us. Of all the places we visited in Kyoto during our tours we continually agreed that this hotel made for the best home base. Breakfast buffet was wonderful! "

"Room setup is very poor, there is no closet to keep your clothes in, no iron, charging ports are near the TV and none are near the beds, lighting of the room is so dim , beds are not comfortable, one small pillow is provided, bathroom is so small and the sink counter is so small you can not keep your items on, towels are scarce ( 2 towels provided for 2 guests in the room) and not so clean, when requested extra towels, I had to pick up the towels from the front desk. laugage were shipped to the hotel and they were waiting unsecured in the front lobby accessible to anyone in the lobby. I do not recommend this hotel"
