"A great hotel in every imaginable aspect. Location is great. Rooms are spacious and well kept and cleaned. Amenities include private and a public onsen, a fitness facility, and a laundry facilitiy that uses Suica card. Staff is friendly and supportive. Dinner was extraordinary."

My only negative comment is that it would have been nice if they had towel racks to hang a used towel on to dry after bathing/showering. We would recommend this hotel."

"A warm welcome, a comfortable lobby area, and they held her bag so we could go off exploring Kyoto on our first morning. Every staff interaction was lovely. The room had everything we needed. We enjoyed the own sense! The lobby bar was perfect for a cocktail on the way out or on the way back in in the evening. Location was great for getting around everywhere. Definitely would stay there again!"
