"The hotel is nice however unfortunately when I booked it, I didn’t notice that I booked a smoking room. I’m so used that it’s never really an option and you would actually need to spend extra time selecting a smocking room, so I didn’t expect it by default. When I talked to a front desk, a woman said they were completely booked so couldn’t move me to another room. Totally understand the situation however it was very unpleasantly surprised that instead of saying oh sorry you booked a smocking...

"Our experience here at Coto Toji was amazing, from the beginning a driver was waiting us at Kyoto station and he was the one that did the check in at the property. His name is Kibune, an old short funny Japanese guy who made pleasant our first hour in Kyoto. Everything was awesome regarding this property, we enjoyed our futons and the “crazy” equipped bathroom . It is very close to Toji station subway and the bus # 207, which is the most convenient one, it takes you to the most important sites...

"Excellent location - short walk to Kyoto station, 2 large shopping malls and a laundrette just around the corner. Reasonable cooking facilities but not enough room for 2 people to pass in this galley (to reach the hand basin and shower). In reality that was not much of a problem. Good WiFi. We would certainly stay here again."

"行前有點擔心、怕自己誤會地點、怕進不了門之類的，聯絡窗口人員非常細心、耐心回覆、解釋。地點離京都車站步行可抵達，但要看從哪個出入口算⋯畢竟車站頗大⋯ 一整棟出租方式，非常非常適合家庭、朋友旅遊，感覺很棒。 廚房雖小五臟俱全，我們去超商購買了一些加熱食物、新鮮食物、使用廚房加熱/烹煮，吃了兩頓十分豐富的大餐。 雖然住宿的附近，步行可到的，可能只有車站內開到晚間9點的店家、開到12點的唐吉軻德可以逛，但仍是很不錯的住宿經驗！"
