"Romer’sHell’sKitchen is the perfect location! A few blocks to Times Square and all Broadway theaters, but also just a few blocks south of Central Park. Very accessible for public transportation too. Rooms are larger than many NYC hotels and lobby is also very nice. Will definitely stay here again!!"

"One elevator was broken the first day. Made it difficult to plan for evening activities because had to budget that in. The bathroom by dining room seemed to be used by the general public. The staff were very pleasant and helpful."

"After paying typical NY prices (read: "high") for the rental, and then the service's fee on top of that, the renter tacked on an additional $96 "cleaning fee" at the conclusion of the rental--as if changing the sheets and towels costs $96! The place was otherwise left in cleaner condition than it was found, so hard to see what that "extra" fee went towards--and why it was tacked on later, instead of part of the entire rental fee."

"This was my second time staying at Chelsea Savoy. We were impressed with the friendly staff. Check in was easy and the complimentary breakfast bagels and muffins were delicious. Would be nice to have fresh fruit option as well. The location is great with easy access to transportation. The only downside is on both of our stays the beds were rather hard. "
