"If you want a sound and secure hotel at a mid-$300 price in the heart of the chaos that is Times Square, Edison is a good choice. There was a bit too much—conferences, conventions, Mother’s Day, people, for me, but… if you are going for theater, you couldn’t be more in the heart of it. A once grand hotel is still treated as such by those who run it. "

"AC was not working in the room. Had maintenance come Friday. Cleaned filter and coils but still did not work. Restaraunt staff was less to be desired. Thursday when we got there- ordered a drink on the menu and was told they can’t make it - didn’t have supplies but when order Friday- ithey could. Bar tender didn’t want to bother making it. Food was way over fried. Tried pool bar- again ignored most of the time there and food not great. Again told they couldn’t make certain drinks that was not different then on menu. Just very disappointed for the price paid per night Oh - have to pay for an app to use streaming services. If you are going to a smart tv - allow capacity to log on to a service without buying into an app. May say free for 7 days but to get the script cancelled… no should not have to buy an app"
