"Rooms are too small and the breakfast is terrible!!!"

"The overall hotel was good. During the weekend, access to the elevators was horrible. With all the restaurants, the wait to get on was around 10-20 minutes. Out conditioner pump for our hair didn’t work. The faucet in the bathroom wouldn’t stop dripping. I left my prescription sunglasses in the room ($600) and they said it wasn’t here. Overall good location."

"Rooms were not clean. Dusty floors, showers and fixtures like lamps and table ( I had a suite) . The couch in the suite was horrible. The shower was broken so I had to rig it to use it. They don’t have smart tvs! That is a must in 2026. For the money I expected better with cleanliness. Otherwise everything else was standard nothing exceptional "

"I would give this hotel 0 stars if possible. We booked for 2 days, but the moment we entered the room it smelled heavily like marijuana. On top of that, the A/C was not working at all. The staff spent almost an entire day trying to fix it and still could not solve the issue. Only 5 hours before checkout they finally offered either a room change or a 50% discount for the stay. Since there were only a few hours left and we have kid sleeping in the room, we accepted the 50% discount instead of moving rooms. At checkout, they only gave us a 50% discount for 1 night instead of the total stay they promised, even though we left in horrible condition for 2 nights without A/C. The room also did not even have a microwave. When we spoke to the hotel manager, Sata, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She literally said, “Do whatever you can, we will not give you more discount,” and also said it was “our bad luck” that the room had no microwave. Terrible customer service, terrible room conditions, and very disrespectful management. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Clean room elevators not really working"

"I had purchased 2 breakfasts for my stay for my mother. The morning of checkout, the hostess had me write my name and room number on the breakfast vouchers. It was scrutinized several times by our waiter at breakfast. Why? It was so bizarre. I paid for these myself. I have stayed once a month for a few months and this has never happened to me before. Sadly, the breakfast was not good as it used to be. It was inedible."
