"La ubicación es muy conveniente, y el personal muy amable"

"The location was great if you are looking to be close to a broadway and Times Square. My rating of the hotel is based on condition of the hotel. Upon checking into my room my complaints were: 1. Shower did not have hot water (Did get it fixed once I went to the front desk). 2. Room phone. I would have called it in but the phone didn’t work. 3. Shower was dirty 4. Steamer/iron. Completely sucked! When I used it my clothes got all wet. 5. Housekeeping came in the room to “clean” but all they...

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"There were no amenities at the hotel. TV did not work. Front desk laughed and said that I did not come to NY to watch TV. Bed was broken. Only ice machine in the hotel was broken. Had to ask for wash towels three times before they could bring me this pitiful piece of cloth that was worn out and felt like sandpaper. The shower wasn't nasty. It was moldy and horrible. Can't wait to get home to get a shower. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."
