"Room was clean and a short walk to the train. They did let us drop our bags before our room was ready."

"Loud air conditioners, broken front door card reader"

"The wood floors where coming apart and had spaces in them were you could trip…. The bathroom had contact lenses stuck to the back wall of the shower, the soap holder bracket was very loose and falling off, the towel rack was loose, and the shower glass leaked and had a puddle of water behind the toilet…. Was definitely not a 740 dollar one night stay… I was very disappointed, especially for the money. And there was some party art show that was really annoying to get through to get to my room."

"Great stay for a quick trip! Went last minute to NY to see Harry. Super friendly staff and very locally based hotel. Just wish there was more counter space in the bathroom. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. About a 5 minute walk to the nearest sub station."
