The young staff are energetic and helpful and in the case of this trip - went out of their way to get me a room for early check in. "It was pretty nice. Me and my husband went around 4 hours early and we couldn’t checkin but they took our luggage so we could walk around. It was close to restaurants so that makes everything easy for us. Good location. I would definitely come back."

"While the property and staff are excellent I think a lot of services I’ve come to accept as standard were a separate charge which was surprising considering the price point of the property. Wi-fi not being included was surprising esp considering they had older TV’s which only allowed cromecast over wifi. Don’t bother paying for parking we easily found street parking all weekend right around the corner. "

I chose this hotel because it is located near the Staten Island Ferry and wanted to walk there the next morning at 5:00 am to take the ferry to the NYC Marathon.
